This 30-minute session is for assessment, clarification, and next-step guidance. It does not include document preparation, filing, representation, or ongoing services.
If you sign a service agreement on or before the same calendar date next week, your consultation fee will be credited toward your first service invoice. For example, if your consultation is on a Thursday of this week, you must sign your agreement on or before the following Thursday to receive the credit.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the consultation fee.
Payment disputes or chargebacks will be formally contested with documentation, including booking confirmations, timestamps, attendance records, and written communication acknowledging these terms.
